The concept of MEME - Principles of Memetic Engineering

Man's work is constituted by forces and elements of which few know.

One of these is the "meme".

By "meme" we mean a concept that spreads through the population, passing from one person to another in a "viral" way.

The authors of the site examined this concept at length, as it appeared fundamental to understanding what forces help constitute the context and society in general.

It may seem strange that a site dedicated to quantum concepts, therefore related to something infinitely small, deals with mega concepts, but we believe that even in this field this point of view can be useful.

Moreover, the concept of meme leads us to reflect on the way it can influence our unconscious processes acting by interference on our preconscious reasoning.

What is a meme? A meme can be an idea, a product, or anything else that spreads virally. Very often we also talk about idea-viruses.

Brands are memes, but so are "urban legends" and many messages that spread via the internet.

The concept matters in advertising and in any case in the modern context.

Our theory is that the concept of meme is closely related to the self-organizing process of personality and therefore a meme to live must have characteristics that correspond to the self-organizing process of the person. In other words, everyone tries to surround himself with memes that correspond to him and even to search for them.

Moreover, if we consider society as a probabilistic whole, it is important to understand why the meme does not disperse (decoherence) but rather strengthens as it goes along.

HYPNOSIS, SUGGESTION and MEMS

Our research shows us that even what we call "suggestion" in hypnosis has a memetic basis.

The process of accepting a suggestion is memetic-based. In fact, a suggestion must be:

- Issued by a person qualified to do so

- Adherent - that is, welcome and adherent to the values already present in the subject

- In the appropriate context

Moreover the suggestion must activate a series of unconscious processes and at the same time not be dispersed

The brain types of the triadic mind and the messages that are transmitted - Memetic Engineering and Quantum Psi.

We report here some basic concepts:

The social environment is an interconnected environment.

Within this environment each of us sends and receives signals based on the brain that we use the most.

The human being is influenced by his environment, the context that surrounds him and the people he meets.

Within the triadic specializations, there are particular messages or memes that reinforce them.

This is due to the process of self-enhancement of the personality, which seeks products and concepts that validate it.

Each of these elements touches a part of the triadic mind.

Meme concept studies have shown how a meme spreads due to three different personality types:

-Maven or alpha type: this type of person primarily uses the left brain and is the origin of memes.

The maven analyzes all possibilities.

However it also appears that the best and most effective maven, besides using the left brain (to perform analysis) also has the basic strategy of the field of activity where it is located.

-Connector: it is the type of person that easily transmits information as it creates social networks. Uses the mammalian brain

-Vendor: right brain.

Within this environment, viruses, or memes, are created and spread throughout the environment.

The meme, or mental virus, derives strength

- primarily from the person who transmits it

- secondly from the content of the message that must still be adherent

- finally, the importance of any surrounding elements (context).

More than the strength of the initial emotional impact, the meme draws strength from how long it occupies the mind of the interlocutor.

CONVICTION

How is it that someone comes to be persuasive? The answer is complex and ties into presence.

If people are present and mobilize a specific mental matrix, their non verbal communication demonstrates this. In 1984 a group of psychologists directed by Brian Mullen carried out an analysis that revealed how the facial attitude of TV presenters was decisive in influencing choice. If the presenter was convinced, higher percentages of approval were found among buyers.

From a quantum perspective, the concept of "consistency" can be used. In other words, "presence" increases consistency or vice versa.

Other experiments also seem to suggest the idea of influence of this type.

The more subtle the information the more impact it seems to have as it creates less defenses.

The conscious subsequently creates logical reasons.


The concept of micro-rhythm

To understand how there is no decoherence of information it is necessary to observe the feedback processes that are put in place:

Interactional synchrony. The interaural synchrony is a sort of reflex, a fundamental physiological attitude and represents the intervention of the third brain, the reptilian brain.

Integrational synchrony can be learned, but there is another force: motor mimicry.

Besides this, there is also motor mimicry, that is the ability to feel the same emotions.

Mimicry is the key to memetic infection.

Not everyone is the same.

Some people are particularly active in contagion, others receptive.

The concept of presence is very important in this area: the greater the presence, the greater the emotional contagion. Experiments have shown that transmitters have the ability to convey their state of mind even without speaking and to create emotional mimicry.


Alongside these concepts, the so-called "adherence" of the message is important.

Whoever receives the message must in fact be able to integrate it into his daily reality. In fact, each of the three brains is already sensitive to certain elements and recognizes them. If it cannot recognize them, it deletes them.

There is no territory if there is no map. This is one of the principles of quantum psi, and it means that every reality must be accompanied by clear applications.
