Quantitative Consulting

Counseling is an autonomous profession that can benefit a lot from quantum dynamics.

Currently, there are various types of counselors, but our training comes to propose a type of counseling based on totally new principles.

The purpose of our school is to propose new types of innovative training.

A counselor (or counselor) is defined as a person who with integrity, impartiality and respect help another individual to evolve.

Il Quantum Counseling

  • It is an innovative counseling program based on the principles of Quantum Counseling and represents a response to the need for new paradigms for the human approach.

  • It is based on the principles of Quantum Psychology.

  • Throughout the program, however, other approaches are presented for comparison, to give the participant maximum knowledge and insight.

  • Background

  • The classical sciences aim to understand things. The method is based on dividing the whole into parts and studying each part individually.

  • This model is the same as that applied by behaviorists who start from the concept of stimulus-response and conditioning. This view has difficulty in working with complex systems.

  • Relationships

  • Quantum Counseling gives importance to the relationships that exist between the parts.

  • Just as living systems are integrated wholes, so are organizations. For this reason, it is essential to identify and follow the network of relationships within and outside the system.

  • Identity

  • Everyone receives his or her identity from others and creates someone else's identity. This can only be understood by observing it as a system over a length of time and space. It is only through an observation of the whole system that the parts can be understood.

  • Accompanying change

  • Another aspect of Quantum Counseling is accompanying change.

  • Human organizations are not closed systems, but open systems.

  • We are not aware of all the interrelationships that take place.

  • The unconscious is invisible, pervasive, and constantly influences consciousness, even if we are not aware of this process.

  • Some principles of Quantum Counseling

  • People and systems are subjective observation is a form of participation. We cannot be separate from what we observe. This notion is fundamental to the counselor, who must understand the impact of his or her presence in the environment.

  • Everything in Nature is interconnected. This observation leads to the point: how can we, because we are interconnected with what we observe, not influence it?

  • Understanding RelationshipsAwareness of how the client interacts with the global system increases the possibility of facilitating change. In other words, one must first see the forest before looking at the branches. If the client's behavior is compartmentalized and the counselor separates the client from the system, the couenselor's view will be distorted and as a result change will not occur. The counselor must realize that each measure loses more information than it gains, and furthermore is eminently subjective.

  • Chaos and CreativityAnother important aspect for the counselor is the realization that chaos and creativity are two sides of the same coin, from this consideration can be drawn themes for personal reflection and inner renewal. The Counselor uses tools then to enhance the client's abilities, or that deconstruct the influences of the system seem to have greater effect.

  • Probability and Possibility in Human BehaviorThe search for "laws" of human behavior leads only to "probabilities." Research can only produce probability and possibility, not certainty.

THE TASK OF THE COUNSELOR

The counselor must therefore:

  • not trying to explain or reduce the behavior

  • understand how people are representative of disequilibrium at a broader level. It is important to look for the connections and patterns that emerge from an expanded perspective.

  • consider the person as part of a whole

  • Use indirect interventions

  • remember that the counseling activity itself is already influential

  • Keep an eye on the larger system

  • the counselor himself is an agent of communication with the system

  • consider the story of the elephant: if we see the leg we lose the whole

  • use broader measures

THE COUNSELOR'S PERSONALITY

Making a professional counselor's identity one's own requires a certain type of character, a high level of personal maturity, evolved interpersonal skills, and an aptitude for working with clients and colleagues. The experience of identifying the various dimensions of a counselor's identity is also part of learning.

We seek to help our students develop their special and unique gifts.

The Counseling Program can be taken in two ways: accelerated or full.

If the program is accelerated, it is conducted concurrently with the Trainer Coach program. It leads to Trainer - Coach - Counselor certification.

Our innovative counseling program is recognized in France "Formation Professionnelle" - Certificate valid as Professional Training in all CEE countries - Qualification in Italy for the exercise of the profession according to the SINAPE guidelines (in other words, it is possible to operate following the guidelines).
